Yuki Long Aged uses five types of oak barrels; white oak, limousin oak, cognac, sherry, and scotch. It's rare for a Kuma shochu brewery to have such a fine selection of oak barrels. Artisans of Takata Shuzo then skillfully blends individual components together.
The resulting expression is a mellow, soft and elegant barrel-aged Kuma shochu that stands toe-to-toe with top notch whiskies and brandies alike.
