Collection: Nishikawa Shuzo

Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Tokunoshima, Kagoshima Prefecture, this brewery produces and sells brown sugar shochu and liqueurs.

Their flagship product is "Island Napoleon," made with pure brown sugar and natural spring water, but they also produce and sell a variety of other brands, including "Tei," which uses undiluted shochu aged for over five years, and "Sansan Umeshu," a plum liqueur made with brown sugar shochu, a rare find even in Japan.
