Delivery and Refund Policy
Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver within Singapore only, and have a lead time of 3 working days.
Do note: The delivery lead time for all orders made (incl. weekends and public holidays) will start on the next earliest working day. For example, if an order is placed on Friday and the following Monday is a public holiday, the delivery lead time will start on Tuesday and arrive latest by Thursday. That being said, we strive to deliver all orders as quickly as we can, well within the 3 working day time frame. Moving forward, we will strive to offer same day delivery as the business grows.
It is important to note that the recipient of the alcohol must be of legal drinking age and may be required to provide identification upon delivery.
Returns and Refunds
At Old Moon Spirits, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality of products. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, products may have slight defects that are beyond our control. It is quite common for such products to have minor imperfections e.g., small scratches on the label, slightly dented/creased boxes etc.
Given the nature of our products, we have a refund policy in place to ensure customer satisfaction. However, please note that this policy does not apply to products with slight defects of a reasonable degree stated above, which are beyond our control.
For all other cases, our refund policy is as follows:
If you receive a damaged or defective bottle with its packaging severely damaged, or its quality and safety of the spirit within compromised, please contact us via email or mobile (contact page) within 48 hours upon receipt of delivery and we will seek to first replace the damaged product with a new product (same SKU). In the event where that is not possible, customers can choose to either get a replacement of the same value (different SKU) or get a full refund.
The following refund policy terms apply:
1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
2. Refund Process: If you meet the eligibility criteria, we will guide you through the refund process. Please note that refund cases filed after 48 hours upon receipt of delivery are no longer eligible for refunds.
3. Non-Refundable Items: The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Products with slight defects that are not in our control.
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
*For slight defects that you wish you contest, let us know, we will try to do what we can and find a middle ground!*
4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
