By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Age Verification: By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country or region, in this case, Singapore. It is illegal to purchase alcohol if you are under the legal drinking age.
2. Product Availability: We strive to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock and available for purchase. However, due to the limited nature of some of our spirits, availability may vary. In the event that a product you ordered is out of stock but was nevertheless processed successfully, we will notify you and provide alternative options or a refund.
3. Pricing and Payment: All prices listed on our website are in the currency specified and are inclusive of any applicable duties and taxes. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payment platforms. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping and Delivery: We currently deliver within Singapore only, and have a lead time of 3 working days. Do note that 1) The delivery lead time for all orders will start at the next earliest working day, and 2) Orders made during the weekends and public holidays will start its delivery lead time from the next earliest working day as well. For example, if an order is placed on Friday and the following Monday is a public holiday, the delivery lead time will start on Tuesday and arrive latest by Thursday. That being said, we strive to deliver all orders as quickly as we can, well within the 3 working day time frame. Moving forward, we will strive to offer same day delivery as the business grows.
It is important to note that the recipient of the alcohol must be of legal drinking age and may be required to provide identification upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via email or mobile (contact page) within 48 hours of delivery and we will seek to first replace the damaged product with a new product (same SKU). In the event where that is not possible, customers can choose to either get a replacement of the same value (different SKU) or get a full refund.

6. Responsible Consumption: We promote responsible alcohol consumption. Excessive or irresponsible drinking can have serious health and social consequences. Please drink responsibly and in moderation.
7. Legal Compliance: It is your responsibility to ensure that your purchase and consumption of alcohol comply with the laws and regulations of your country or region. We are not liable for any legal consequences resulting from the misuse or illegal use of our products.
