Collection: Tokuyama Shuzo

Tokuyama Shuzo is located on Irabu Island, surrounded by coral reefs northwest of Miyako Island. Its flagship brand, "Hounen," was named in hopes of a bountiful harvest on the island, following the shift from selling by weight to selling in bottles.

The brewery's distinctive style is achieved by carefully cultivating koji rice made with black koji in the lush natural surroundings, and brewing it with mineral-rich groundwater. The mash is slowly distilled at normal pressure, precisely timed to create a fruity aroma.

It has a reputation for being approachable, even for first-time drinkers.
