Crafted from fermented molasses distilled in a column still and aged in an ex-Bourbon barrel, this Venezuelan rum from 2008 spent 10 years maturing in tropical climates before making its journey across the Atlantic Ocean. It then underwent an additional 3 years of aging in Europe. Bottled as a single cask without reduction, it fully expresses the depth and complexity of its flavors.
