This cuvée brilliantly showcases the prestigious Grande Champagne terroir with remarkable complexity. Both refined and powerful, classic yet original, fresh yet mature, lively yet unctuous—it masterfully balances these contrasting qualities to reveal a profoundly harmonious flavor and aroma profile.

Profile: The rich, expressive nose opens with notes of apricot stone, later revealing hints of tarte tatin and fig jam as it breathes. The creamy attack offers a subtly earthy texture, while the mid-palate is both luscious (thyme, oregano) and honeyed (lime blossom).
