Noah’s Mill Small Batch Bourbon is part of the Small Batch Boutique Bourbon Collection introduced in the 1990s by the Willett Distillery, alongside Kentucky Vintage, Pure Kentucky XO, and Rowan’s Creek bourbons. Crafted with exceptional care and drawing from the renowned Kentucky terroir, Noah’s Mill stands out for its artisanal quality. Produced by the distinguished Willett family distillery, it boasts a mashbill of 65% corn, 20% wheat, and 15% barley. This bourbon blends whiskeys aged between 4 and 22 years, with each batch representing a meticulously limited selection of barrels, marked by batch number on the bottle.
