Based on the idea that good potato shochu starts from good soil, Nangoku Shuzo was the first potato shochu producer in Kagoshima Prefecture to acquire an agricultural production corporation and have been researching sweet potatoes from the cultivation stage onward in order to produce delicious sweet potato shochu.
MARCO is made using purple sweet potatoes , which have been aged for a long time to enhance their sweetness, resulting in a moist and smooth taste that is enveloped in a mellow aroma and the unique sweetness of aged sweet potatoes.
Plenty to sweet potato and floral (especially rose) notes.
We recommend drinking it on the rocks or, surprisingly, mixed with hot water.
