This rum celebrates Antoinette Isautier, who became the first female leader of the House in 1865 and played a pivotal role in bringing Isautier rum to the global stage. Deep, complex, and intense, this traditional molasses-based rum is round, flavorful, and marked by exceptional aromatic freshness. Distilled in 2004 using a column still, it was carefully aged—first in new oak barrels for 8 to 14 months and then in fine-grain red barrels—at the Saint-Pierre cellar in Réunion. This rum of character is a testament to the House’s expertise and craftsmanship.
