Its aromatic and taste profile is both bold and evocative, unfolding in sequences that capture the quintessential warm, resinous, and smooth character of Demerara Distillers' rums. Nose: Complex and intriguing. It opens with the rustic charm of farmhouse cider before deeper notes of dark tar and warm rubber develop. As it opens up, the aroma transforms into a fragrant bouquet of blooming sugarcane and syrup, all wrapped in a fresh, pine-forest breeze.

Palate: A dynamic and lively journey. It starts with the deep, savory character of a mature wine, accented by exotic curry spice. This gives way to the heart of the rum: a burst of sweet sugarcane and molasses, followed by rich notes of dark tar and fine pipe tobacco.
