GLENFARCLAS 12 Year Old, 43% ABV

Rich in sherry and fruit flavors, Glenfarclas 12 was initially crafted for export and travel retail markets. In 2006, it earned the title of "Best Sherried Whisky" at the Single Malt World Cup and secured Gold at the Stockholm Beer and Whisky Festival in both 2007 and 2008.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Delicate and creamy, offering a blend of soft sherry and Manuka honey. Subtle and well-balanced, with whispers of smoke, rich oak, and a hint of pine resin.

Palate: Medium-bodied with flavors of date and walnut cake, complemented by Oloroso sherry and earthy forest floor undertones. A delightful malt character emerges, accompanied by toffee apple and a touch of smoke.

Finish: Long and spiced, with notes of allspice, cinnamon, and cloves, accented by orange zest and a sherry warmth.
