A Testament to Excellence and Authenticity

This exceptional rum is a blend of two 14-year-old, double-matured Single Blended Rums, crafted with artisanal double-retort pot stills and traditional twin-column Coffey stills.

One rum was aged for 5 years in ex-Bourbon barrels before spending an additional 9 years in ex-Cognac casks. The other underwent 12 years of maturation in ex-Bourbon barrels, followed by 2 years in ex-Camus Cognac casks.

Every step, from distillation and maturation to blending and bottling, takes place entirely at the Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados.

Bottled at an impressive 61% ABV (122 Proof), this rum is a true celebration of craftsmanship.

Tasting Notes

Color: Rich and layered, with an interplay of bright fruit and floral hues.

Nose: Aromas of toasted banana chips and caramelized pineapple intertwine with vibrant tree fruits, complemented by notes of pipe tobacco, cigar wrappers, and leather.

Palate: A rich, full body with a bright acidity. Flavors of chocolate-covered figs, blackberry pie, and luscious caramel transition to fresh peaches, which evolve into grilled peach. The signature Foursquare tropical undertone of pineapple and toasted coconut adds a distinctive, memorable finish.
