Using 100% estate-grown lowland agave, Arette remains committed to quality over quantity, preserving time-honored artisanal methods. After a meticulous 48-hour roasting process, the agave is shredded and fermented with a proprietary house yeast in the distillery’s original cement vats for 6-7 days. The tequila is then pot-distilled and double-filtered before bottling.

The Artesanal Fuerte is a high-proof expression of their blanco, bottled at an impressive 50.5% ABV, offering a bold yet refined drinking experience.
