Made from 100% estate-grown lowland agave, Arette has consistently focused on quality over quantity, staying true to traditional artisanal methods.
After roasting the agave for 48 hours, it is shredded and fermented with a proprietary house yeast in the distillery’s original cement vats for 6-7 days, before being pot-distilled and double-filtered prior to bottling.
